5. Special Power of Attorney (SPA) if buying thru representative authorizing the SPA to sign the documents in behalf of the buyer.

Scheme A:

20% Downpayment Payable in Six Equal Monthly Installments.
80% Balance Payable within Five Years Zero Interest.

Scheme B:

No Downpayment, TCP Payable in five (5) years at zero interest.
Monthly Amortization will be the Option Payment.
